Think, in a garden do we invite weeds? The answer is – NO. The weeds keep on coming along with our desired trees & flowers. What do we do? we just uproot & throw those away weeds from the garden, it again appears & again we uproot & throw away.
Negative thoughts are like the weeds in the garden. It will keep on coming & you need to keep on removing them. By doing the same consistently over some time one becomes master of handling wrong/negative/ repetitive thoughts.
